ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As an Offer Content Trainee, you will join the Offer Content team, made up of 11 people, whose role is to deliver the best sports betting offer of the industry.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**** 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Support ongoing monitoring of trending sporting events to provide a broader perspective on major events in the sports calendar.
• Improve our detection methods and gain more lead time on calendars and activations.
• Improve the product by adding visual assets of teams and players, in coordination with Studio.
• Better identify the strengths and weaknesses of our offers and improve our propositions.
• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking of sports betting offer.
• Contribute to the translation and localization of content while these tasks are being automated.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of AI projects. Help set up agents and tools to improve productivity.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

• You have a strong interest in sports and sports betting.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• You are well organized and you are able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• You are curious about automation and AI solutions.
• And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Maxime will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet  your future manager. Finally, Maxime will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
