At DTS, we’re always interested in connecting with experienced Stainless Steel Fabricators who take pride in producing high-quality work.

Based at our Normanby workshop in South Taranaki, our fabrication team works on a wide range of stainless steel equipment and projects for the dairy, food-processing and industrial sectors. If you’re considering your next move - now or in the future - we’d like to hear from you.

What you could be doing

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Fabricating and assembling stainless steel components and equipment
• MIG and TIG welding, cutting, grinding and finishing
• Installing and commissioning equipment on customer sites
• Completing maintenance and repairs on existing equipment
• Working alongside others to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
• Maintaining a safe, tidy and well-organised work environment

What we’re looking for

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• Experience in stainless steel fabrication, welding or a related trade
• Strong fabrication and welding skills
• The ability to read and work accurately from technical drawings
• A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• A practical approach to problem-solving
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• A reliable, positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
• The right to work in New Zealand

Trade qualifications are preferred, but strong practical experience and proven capability are equally important to us.
