Sarıyer/İstinye’de bulunan Merkez Ofisimizde görevlendirilmek üzere Stajyer arıyoruz. Operasyon süreçlerinin etkin ve verimli bir şekilde yürütülmesine destek olacak, farklı departmanlarla koordinasyon içerisinde çalışarak operasyonel faaliyetlerin takibine katkı sağlayacaktır.  

Temel Sorumluluklar

• Günlük operasyonel süreçlerin takibini gerçekleştirmek ve ilgili ekiplere destek vermek.

• Sistem girişleri, veri kontrolü ve dokümantasyon süreçlerini yürütmek.

• Farklı departmanlar arasında bilgi akışını desteklemek ve koordinasyona katkı sağlamak.

• Operasyonel süreçlerin iyileştirilmesine yönelik çalışmalara destek vermek.

 

Nitelikler

• MYO veya Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinde (muhasebe, maliye, işletme vb.) eğitimine devam eden

• MS Office programlarını iyi seviyede kullanabilen

• Sorumluluk sahibi, detaylara önem veren

• Öğrenmeye açık, ekip çalışmasına yatkın
