Stakeholder – Network / Engineering / Operations Coordination

Requirements:

• Strong experience in stakeholder coordination within telecommunications, network, IT, or technical environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate analytical activities with Network, NOC, Engineering, Operations, and IT/Data teams.
• Experienced in gathering and clarifying technical requirements, data requirements, and operational issues from multiple stakeholders.
• Able to coordinate network performance analysis, troubleshooting, anomaly investigation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with relevant technical teams.
• Able to facilitate communication between data/analytics teams and network or operations teams to ensure analytical findings are aligned with actual network conditions.
• Strong understanding of common network, NOC, engineering, operations, and data/IT workflows.
• Able to follow up on technical findings, data issues, network incidents, and required actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Experienced in coordinating data validation and cross-checking with Network, Engineering, NOC, or Operations teams.
• Able to translate complex analytical or data findings into clear technical discussions that can be understood by different stakeholder groups.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, dependencies, and timelines simultaneously.
• Able to document meeting discussions, technical findings, action items, owners, and follow-up status.
• Proactive in identifying communication gaps, data discrepancies, or unresolved technical issues and coordinating the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative environments.
