Stall Crew

Job Summary:
Customer-focused Stall Crew to sell products, assist customers, and process sales. Must be willing to be reassigned to Quezon City or Taguig.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend and promote products based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash as payment method.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall and product displays.
• Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
• Answer customer inquiries and handle basic concerns professionally.
• Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash at the end of the shift.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Senior high school graduate or equivalent (college level is an advantage).
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.

Preferred Skills:

• Sales and upselling techniques.
• Basic cash handling and Kiosk operation.
• Inventory management.
• Teamwork and time management.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
