Job Summary

Responsible to assigned according to planned Development of the organization to be effective Operating in accordance with company policy and supervisory staff to comply with the regulations of the company

Job Description

• Providing operations leadership through all phases of projects
• Prepare jig, tool, equipment and new machine for new model
• production equipment capacity planning and Improvement
• process guideline planning and process changing Control
• Involve for Improvement of Quality, Cost, delivery and energy saving
• Utilizing new technology for production tools, equipment, material and process
• preparation or setting condition for safety and ISO System
• problem analysis
• support another Division for ABP and LRBP
• Improve current and new equipment
• Facilitate, Coordinate and carry out audit preparation for ISO internal and external audit
• Perform on creating significant value on overall operation in department
• through leading significant changes for department operation in short-term perspective and leading effective communication to reach agreement in assigned scope
• by applying mastery of specific professional disciplines across sections

Job Specification

• New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in production process
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
• Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
• Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
