About the role
We are looking for a Stamping Press Supervisor to manage our daily operations of metal stamping production lines, ensuring delivery of needed metal parts safely, correctly and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager to assign daily tasks to press operators and hit output targets
- Monitor defect rates and inspect finished stamped parts
- Fix product consistency issues
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control and upper management
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Fabrication, Mechanical Technology or related courses
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory level in a manufacturing company
- Technical knowledge of metal stamping processes, press machinery and die set-ups
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
