Required skills:

1.Autoform -Forming simulations for the Closures and Trim Panels.

2.Die Face Development using CAD/AUTOFORM softwares

3.Process Preparation for the Stamping Tooling and check the total feasibilty of the parts

4.Required to propose the product changes based on the analysis

5.Required to decide the process requirements based on the product.

6.Need to carryout the engineering changes feasibility using CAD

7.Responsible for the delivery of the feasibility report for India & Overseas project

8.Need to conform the feasibility based on the Global standard and benchmark systems

9.Stamping Process Flow simulation based on the press line and SPM
