Join Flynn 7 Brew as a Stand General Manager and help lead one of our newest drive-thru coffee locations.

This is a unique opportunity to help establish the culture, develop an exceptional team, and create the fast, friendly experience that makes 7 Brew different.

You will build a strong team, create an exceptional guest experience, and take ownership of stand performance, staffing, training, inventory, and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day stand operations
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Brewistas and Shift Leads
• Drive stand performance, staffing, inventory, and profitability
• Foster a fun, energetic, and positive culture
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, service, and operational performance
• Develop Shift Leads and other high-potential team members

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating a positive workplace where Brewistas and Shift Leads can grow.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent role with full operational responsibility
• Experience in QSR, restaurant, coffee, fast-casual, or hospitality operations
• Demonstrated experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing teams
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A hands-on leadership style and passion for developing people
