JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain Quality of product as per customer requirements.
• Maintain Quality Related documents as per requirement -Pareto Chart, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke Instruments knowledge Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, HG, Bevel Protector etc. Red-Bin analysis meetings
• Responsible for Weld penetration test of assemblies as per plan.
• Responsible for Shift Work Management in DWM.
• Responsible for defect free product & FOA when production starts Monitor the ' Product, Process & Machine Parameter "as per check sheet.
• Proper follow up for customer complaints & maintaining record of customer complaint.
• Responsible to make rework & rejection data daily Making of action plan & counter measures and share with customer if any complain address by customer end.
• Responsible for shift defect recording, monitoring & controlling.
• Responsible for Shift Report & Documentation on daily basis.
• Conduct Audits at our end to improve the quality system.
• Responsible for Manpower handling (Deputation as per Skill Matrix, Monitoring & Controlling).
• Responsible for In-Process and Final Inspection Up to PDI & maintaining record.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
