THE JOB

You are required to perform your duties in strict accordance with the company’s instructions and PWM guidelines. You are also required to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by the company’s client at the assigned location. You should refer any unreasonable instructions or disagreements with the client to the company immediately. The company will take up such matters with the client on your behalf. Under no circumstances should you enter into any disputes with the client.

Your primary function is to perform the undermentioned tasks as outlined by client. Main duties and responsibilities are to perform day shift duty to provide security coverage involving the following key activities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. STARS Security Reception

• Access Control: Monitoring and managing facility access; preventing unauthorized entry (tailgating/piggybacking).

• Visitor Management: Greeting/customer service, Processing visitors, reception operations, and issuing temporary credentials via the Visitor Management System.

• Patrol Operations: Regular and irregular foot patrols to identify hazards, security breaches, or safety risks.

• Monitoring: Observation of Video Management and Access Control Systems.

• Incident Response: Immediate response to alarms, medical emergencies (CPR/AED), and tasking from the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC).

• Reporting: Detailed and timely reporting of faults, hazards, security and safety incidents.

2. Other ad-hoc duties assigned strictly in accordance with PWM guidelines

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a valid PRD security license of SSO rank

• Knowledge of security operations and procedures

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and independent, well-organized with good work attitude

• Healthy and medically fit for security work, in proper uniform with a neat appearance, good attitude, good attendance, teamwork spirit
