Day to day Operations

• Training & Learning: Engage in learning and development initiatives to build necessary skills and competencies.

• Training Engagement: Actively participate in training sessions, assist in practical exercises, and engage with trainers to fully understand the material.

• Punctuality & Commitment: Be punctual and committed to the training schedule, demonstrating dedication to learning and skill development.

• Feedback & Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of training with the constructive feedback and suggestions received for improvement based on personal learning experiences.

• Shadowing & Collaboration: Work closely with experienced team members to gain practical insights and industry knowledge.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain self-trackers to log progress, attendance and assessments, ensuring accurate records throughout Training.

• Process Adherence: Follow HCLTech Philippines standard operating procedures and company policies to ensure service quality.

• Compliance: Adhere to the FACT Learner’s Training Agreement ( Training guidelines and expectations).

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and contribute to process enhancements.

ADHOC

• Provide best effort and cooperative spirit on special projects outside regular responsibilities when/if requested.

• Participate in internal meetings and general inputs in day-to-day improvements with experienced team members to gain practical insights and industry knowledge.
