Start Asap - Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Centre Agents to join our customer service team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to start immediately and become a vital part of our customer-facing operations based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support whilst representing the values and professionalism of our team. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care and ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Addressing customer enquiries, concerns and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills
• Providing accurate information about products and services offered by Smoothmoves Inc.
• Processing customer requests, orders and transactions efficiently and accurately
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our systems
• Following company scripts and protocols whilst maintaining a personalised approach to customer engagement
• Meeting call handling targets and quality standards as set by management
• Escalating complex issues to senior staff or supervisors when necessary
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues where possible

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and the ability to articulate information effectively
• With at least 6 months proven experience in Customer Service Industry/ BPO industry
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly and accurately
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are highly desirable
• Customer service experience, either in a call centre environment or in a similar customer-facing role
• Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult or irate customers
• Proficiency with computer systems and typing skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliable attendance record and punctuality
• Willingness to work shifts, including possible evening and weekend availability
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm and motivation to deliver excellent customer service
