Your Role:
As a part of our Customer Service Team, your main responsibilities include:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
- Document customer interactions properly
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- At least College level or Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
- Good communication skills (English)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City and night shift schedule (11pm to 8am).
