About Kefilo

Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness and long-term health outcomes.

The company is developing a scalable ecosystem combining personalised nutrition, healthy food products, transformation programs, food production infrastructure and B2B wellness solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Start-up Advisor who can work closely with the founding team to accelerate Kefilos growth, strengthen its business model and help build a scalable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Guidance - Advise the founders on business strategy, business model, positioning, expansion and key strategic decisions.
• Growth Scaling - Help develop strategies to scale Kefilos food, nutrition and transformation ecosystem across B2C and B2B markets.
• Industry Expertise - Provide practical insights from your experience in food, FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare, nutrition, retail, hospitality or related industries.
• Business Partnerships - Identify and facilitate strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, gyms, colleges, healthcare organisations, distributors and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manufacturing Operations - Guide the team on production infrastructure, supply chain, procurement, standardisation, cost optimisation and scalable food operations wherever relevant.
• Market Expansion - Advise on new customer segments, geographic expansion, distribution channels and opportunities for building Kefilo as a larger transformation-focused brand.
• Fundraising Investor Readiness - Support the founders with fundraising strategy, investor positioning, business planning and relevant investor introductions where applicable.
• Network Introductions - Leverage professional networks to create meaningful introductions to customers, partners, investors, senior talent and industry experts.
• Founder Mentorship Decision Support - Act as a strategic sounding board for the founders, challenge assumptions and provide practical guidance on high-impact decisions.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of professional, entrepreneurial or leadership experience.
• Strong track record of building, scaling or managing businesses.
• Experience in food, FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare, nutrition, hospitality, retail, supply chain or a related sector preferred.
• Strong industry and professional network.
• Experience with business expansion, partnerships, operations, fundraising or strategic growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work with an early-stage founding team.
• Willingness to contribute beyond occasional advice and create measurable strategic value.
• Senior executives, founders, CXOs, industry professionals and experienced entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply.

Important: This is an equity-based advisory position with no fixed salary at the current stage. Equity will be structured based on the advisors experience, contribution, expected involvement and long-term value to the company, subject to formal advisory and equity agreements.

The role is intended for an advisor who can provide real strategic value, industry expertise and network access , rather than simply lending their name or designation. A clear scope, contribution expectations and equity structure will be mutually agreed upon before formal onboarding.
