This is a structured pathway for people looking to change careers and move into software engineering - with no previous experience required.


The Opportunity
We’re recruiting motivated individuals to join a 9-month full-time program that includes hands-on training and a 6-month paid internship. You’ll be placed on real projects, either with internal teams or client ventures, within one of the world’s leading tech consultancies.

This is ideal for those switching from other industries who want to build a career in tech and get practical experience to back it.

Successful applicants will receive: ✅

• Fully funded 9-month Software Engineering Program with Holberton School Australia

• A 6-month internship alongside your last 6 months of training

• Hands-on, project-based curriculum designed around real-world applications, peer collaboration, and industry-relevant technologies.

What You’ll Learn

The training is practical, team-based, and mirrors real industry environments. You’ll cover:

• Programming in C, Python, JavaScript, and SQL

• Building and integrating APIs

• System design, debugging, and agile workflows
