Startup Account Manager

Who you are

• Experience in account management, customer success, recruitment, relationship management or another customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with founders, professionals and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts, listings and placement processes simultaneously
• A professional, customer-first approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience

What the job involves

• Manage a portfolio of startup customers, building strong relationships with founders and key stakeholders
• Understand each startup's business, growth ambitions, challenges and talent requirements
• Create engaging, accurate and compelling role listings based on conversations with startup customers
• Identify and match suitable T2P professionals to startup opportunities, considering their experience, expertise and suitability for the business
• Facilitate introductions between startups and potential candidates, supporting both parties throughout the process
• EST hours from the UK - Mon-Thurs 13:00-21:00 - Friday 12:00-18:00
