STATE CORDINATOR

• Coordinate and oversee the organization’s activities and operations within the assigned state.
• Develop and implement state-level plans and strategies in line with organizational objectives.
• Supervise field officers, representatives, volunteers, agents, or other assigned personnel.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government representatives, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Identify business, partnership, networking, and growth opportunities within the state.
• Organize meetings, campaigns, events, outreach programs, and other state-level activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on activities, achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure that organizational policies, procedures, and standards are properly followed.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns to management when necessary.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and coordination of state-based personnel where required.
• Conduct market and field research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting operations.
• Represent the organization professionally at meetings, events, stakeholder engagements, and public activities.
• Coordinate communication between the state team and the organization’s head office.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support organizational growth and effectiveness.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
