State Head (Alcobev)

Role & responsibilities: ----

The State Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall sales operations, revenue targets,

and market execution strategies for the territory.

The role includes channel development, distributor management, retail execution, and team leadership, ensuring the

companys growth and visibility across on-trade and off-trade segments.

Responsibilities: ---

• Own monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the UP territory.
• Drive volume and value growth across product categories.
• Analyze sales trends and adjust plans to achieve KPIs.
• Appoint and manage primary distributors, C&F agents, and sub-stockists.
• Ensure efficient supply chain and product availability across outlets.
• Ensure best-in-class execution in Modern Trade, General Trade, and Horeca.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing teams to drive in-store visibility, activations, and brand compliance.
• Track and improve market coverage and outlet productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Officers (SOs), and on-ground field representatives.
• Drive performance culture through training, KPIs, and periodic reviews.
• Coordinate with Corporations, Excise and Regulatory authorities to ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and facilitate approvals for new products, SKUs, or outlets.

Preferred candidate profile: ----

The Person should have experience in Alcobev, Brewery, Liquor & BIO segment.

Should have hands on experience of Managing entire UP Market.
