• Review & Reporting: Conduct detailed monthly reviews with Area Managers and key dealers, utilizing defined reporting templates to track progress and ensure accountability.

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 15 to 20 years of progressive experience, ideally within the tractor or agricultural machinery industry, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of the sectors unique market dynamics.
