### **Job Overview**

We are looking for an **aggressive and target-oriented sales professional** to manage the Credit Life business across Karnataka.

The candidate will be responsible for managing key business partners **ABHF & ABFL** and driving B2B sales through a team of **18 FLS**.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and develop the **Credit Life business across Karnataka**.

* Manage strategic B2B partnerships with **ABHF & ABFL**.

* Lead, guide and motivate a team of **18 FLS**.

* Drive business growth, sales targets and revenue through the partner channel.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams and stakeholders.

* Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/annual business targets.

* Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

* Ensure regular tracking of business performance, productivity and conversions.

* Coach and develop the team to improve sales productivity.

* Take complete ownership of the Karnataka business.
