**Hiring | Regional Head / State Head Corporate Broking (Non-Motor)**
**Location:** Mumbai Nahur
**CTC:** Up to 30 LPA
**Segment:** Corporate Broking – Non-Motor Insurance
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Achieve corporate sales & broking targets for the region
- Drive line-wise business targets and revenue growth
- Activate brokers and build strong broker relationships
- Develop major direct corporate accounts
- Conduct broker engagement programs and initiatives
- Explore new channels and opportunities for business development
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims and other internal teams
- Hire, lead and manage the regional sales team
- Drive team performance, engagement and career development
**Ideal Profile:**
Strong experience in **Corporate Broking – Non-Motor Insurance**
Proven experience in regional/state-level sales leadership
Strong broker & corporate client network
Excellent team handling and business development skills
