State Head Sales

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual Net Sales Value (NSV) targets for the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Implement strategies to increase product reach, territory penetration, and market share.
2. Distributor appointment & Channel Engagement
Ensure appointing of Distributors across the region and 80%+ of distributor remain in active status through regular engagement and support.
3. Dealer Appointment & Coverage Expansion
Identify gaps in dealer coverage across the territory and initiate dealer onboarding to ensure 80%+ TC coverage.
Drive the appointment process, including prospecting, evaluation, selection, and activation of new dealers.

Organize dealer meets, product training sessions
Build partnerships with local influencers, fleet operators, and transport businesses to support dealer acquisition.

4. Customer Engagement & Retention
Plan and conduct regular Fleet Owner Meetings in each TC per the business calendar.
Build strong relationships with large fleet owners, logistics operators, and transport associations.
Capture customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvement.
Act as the brand ambassador of SOLANO in the CV segment at the grassroots level.
