Job Description

We are hiring a State Head – Sales to drive sales growth and business development across the assigned state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own overall state sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
• Manage key dealers, distributors and strategic customers.
• Lead and mentor the state sales team.
• Expand into new markets and strengthen geographic coverage.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
• Drive collections and manage channel inventory.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and business reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

• 7–11 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong experience in Building Materials / Channel Sales
• Experience in managing a large geography, multiple territories or state-level business.
• Strong dealer/distributor network and team-handling experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Candidates currently working as ASM / Regional Sales Manager / State Sales Manager / State Head may apply.
