State Manager - QLD (Fire Protection Services)

About the Role

As State Manager, Queensland, you will lead Precise Fire’s Queensland business unit, with responsibility for operations, customer outcomes, compliance, growth and financial performance.

• Lead regional operations, business planning, budgets, P&L and forecasts.
• Grow service contracts, customer retention, repairs and minor works.
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery of fire protection services.
• Build strong client relationships and manage senior escalations.
• Recruit, develop and lead technicians and support staff while monitoring key KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

• Leadership experience in service-based or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and Australian Standards.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, P&L and service contracts.
• Ability to lead field teams, technicians, supervisors and support staff.
• Current Queensland Driver’s Licence.
• Relevant trade qualifications and/or Certificate II/III in Asset Maintenance – Fire Protection Equipment.

Highly Regarded

• Electrical Licence, Registered QBCC qualification or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Experience in fire protection, HVAC or facilities management.
• Experience using Uptick for job setup, costing, billing and reporting.
