About the Role

Foremost Security is recruiting professional Static Security Officers to support a wide range of client sites across the East Midlands. We provide security services to commercial buildings, industrial sites, education settings, corporate offices, public‑sector buildings, and event environments.

We are looking for reliable, well‑presented officers who can adapt to different site requirements while maintaining Foremost’s high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the site, duties may include:

• Access control and visitor management.
• Reception and front‑of‑house security.
• Monitoring CCTV and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conducting internal and external patrols.
• Managing deliveries, contractor access, and sign‑in procedures.
• Responding to incidents and escalating when required.
• Completing accurate daily occurrence logs and incident reports.
• Providing a visible security presence to deter unauthorised access.
• Supporting lone workers and ensuring safe site operation.
• Maintaining professional communication with Control Room and Supervisors.

Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor).
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Professional presentation and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to follow site instructions and adapt to different environments.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and completing patrols.
• Previous static security experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Corporate reception security for front‑of‑house environments.
• Industrial and warehouse security for high‑activity sites.
• Education and public‑sector buildings requiring professional conduct and clear reporting.

Pay: £12.71-£20.22 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 48.0 per week
