If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a Delivery Station Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team in Natal - RN. You’ll be based at one of our fast-paced Delivery Stations, which are central to Amazon’s rapidly expanding Operations and Logistics network, where we sort and process parcels.

As a Delivery Station Manager, you’ll provide inspiring leadership to the teams you manage. You’ll lead by example, rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary. Your leadership quality will be crucial to success in this role. You will motivate and inspire your teams to achieve their best, while balancing their needs with business objectives when planning schedules and activities.

In addition, you’ll lead several process improvement projects aimed at streamlining operations for both you and your team members. The ideas, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking you bring to the table could potentially be implemented across the entire Amazon network, offering you an incredible opportunity to make an impact.

  • Aiming to meet productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Collaborating closely with other support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, IT) on staffing plans, schedules, and performance management
  • Leading progressive process changes and contributing to cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your site and the broader Amazon Logistics network in Brazil

  • Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese & English
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience hiring and developing highly effective and diverse teams.
