Station Manager

Air France - KLM is one of the leading European airlines in worldwide air transportation with one of the largest global networks.

In the Alps, Balkan and Central Eastern Europe (ACE) region we are now looking for a dynamic:

Airport Station Manager based in Zagreb, Croatia

to lead our operational activities at Zagreb Airport , and—depending on the season—support operations in Dubrovnik (DBV) and Split (SPU) .

This is a key leadership role ensuring safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations for AFKL in Croatia.

Croatia is a growing Air France–KLM market with seasonal complexity and multiple stations. The Station Manager is the single operational and commercial anchor ensuring safety, reliability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across ZAG and remote stations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational leadership, stakeholder management, and independent decision-making.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Strong operational background in aviation, travel, or a multinational environment. 5+ years of experience in airport operations.
• Solid knowledge of airport and ground handling processes, international and European safety, security and Customer protection regulations.
• Experience in supplier management, negotiations, procurement, Customer relations.
• Budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Fluent English and Croatian required ; French is an advantage.
