Station Manager / Supervisor

Description:

• Oversee daily station operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Supervise staff, manage work schedules, and ensure employees perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor daily sales, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor fuel and merchandise inventory and ensure proper stock management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain good customer service standards and handle customer complaints or feedback.
• Ensure station facilities, equipment, and premises are properly maintained and clean.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate station records.
• Monitor station performance and implement initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, operational standards, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a SPM/Diploma in any related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Words, etc).
• Strong team player with leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage supplier and customer relationships effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
• Pro-active attitude and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Native Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and Intermediate Proficiency in English.
• Fast leaner.
