Station Supervisor

Position: Station Supervisor

Department: Operations

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day operations and activities at the station.

* Ensure smooth and efficient station operations as per company SOPs.

* Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.

* Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, security, maintenance, and other departments.

* Monitor bus movement, arrivals, departures, and operational schedules.

* Handle passenger/customer-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain station cleanliness, safety, and overall discipline.

* Prepare and submit daily station/operational reports to management.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

* Immediately report operational issues, incidents, or emergencies to the concerned management.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* 2–3 years of experience in station, transport, operations, or supervisory role.

* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage staff and handle operational pressure.

* Good command of MS Office and report preparation.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
