Station Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Form 5 education with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, candidates with supervisory experience will be given priority consideration.

• Preferrable to possess valid driving licence of Class 1 or 2 with good past record

• Shift duty is required

• 中五程度及最少三年相關工作經驗，具備督導職位經驗者優先考慮

• 持有有效的第一或第二類駕駛執照，並有良好駕駛紀錄者優先考慮

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the station team to monitor daily activities at stations and platforms to ensure safety and smooth operations

• Safeguard and protect the corporate’s revenue and assets.

• Assign duties to station staff and supervise their performance

• Respond to on-site incidents promptly and effectively

• 帶領及管理車站團隊，監察車站及月台的日常運作，以確保安全及運作順暢

• 保障及維護公司的收入及資產

• 分配車站人員的工作職責並督導其表現

• 即時及有效地應對現場事故
