Station Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on station equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Install, commission, and repair station equipment and components.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments regarding maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Support emergency maintenance activities when required.

Role Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must prepared is MALE
• Experience: 6 months to 1+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent required; Technical degree NC3, apprenticeship completion or relevant certifications (Mechatronics, Industrial Electrician) are highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Basic understanding of PLC (Programmble Logic Controller) Troubleshooting.
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and preumatic systems.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for long periods, and comfortably work in tight spaces or at heights when necessary.

Availability:

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or on-call rotations, to support 24/7 operations.
