Stationed Gardener

About the role

We are an established landscape and horticulture company providing landscape maintenance services for government agencies, commercial buildings, parks, schools, and residential developments. We are looking for hardworking and reliable Gardeners to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine landscape and garden maintenance works.
• Water, prune, trim, weed, fertilise, and maintain trees, shrubs, hedges, turf, and ornamental plants.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and groundcovers according to landscaping plans.
• Remove weeds, dead plants, fallen branches, and other garden debris.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as grass cutters, hedge trimmers, blowers, brush cutters, and lawn mowers.
• Apply fertilisers, pesticides, and herbicides safely in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with irrigation system checks and basic repairs.
• Report pest infestations, plant diseases, damaged plants, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
• Follow work schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

About you

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in gardening, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is an advantage.
• Able to perform physical tasks and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to operate basic gardening tools and equipment.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work at different project sites across Singapore.
