Stations Supervisor (Fuel Stations)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the fuel station.
• Lead, schedule, and monitor station staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution.
• Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate product deliveries.
• Reconcile daily sales, cash, POS, and bank deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, safety, and company policies.
• Monitor station cleanliness, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• Prevent fuel losses, theft, and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate dispensing and operational efficiency.
• Drive sales performance and achievement of station targets.
• Report operational issues and recommend improvements. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4
• 5 years' experience in fuel station operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory and cash management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and fuel station safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
