• Support and Mentorship: Offer personalized support to students, addressing their questions and helping them troubleshoot issues related to statistical analysis methods, software, and data interpretation.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in statistical analysis, including new methodologies and software tools, and integrate these advancements into the training curriculum.

Qualifications:

For Experienced Professionals:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in statistical analysis, with hands-on experience in applying statistical methods to real-world data.
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training, especially in a freelance or online setting, is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as R, SAS, SPSS, or Python, and a strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in statistical analysis or related fields (e.g., SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst, Data Science Certificate) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively explain complex statistical concepts and techniques.

For Freshers:

• Education: A degree or certification in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of statistical analysis methods and tools, gained through academic coursework, internships, or personal projects. Familiarity with statistical software such as R, Python, or SPSS is a plus.
• Passion for Teaching: A strong interest in teaching and mentoring students in statistical analysis, with a commitment to developing effective instructional methods.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying advanced statistical concepts for diverse audiences.
