In this role, you’ll take ownership of hands-on statistical programming across assigned studies, working on SDTM and ADaM datasets, TLGs, and regulatory submissions. You’ll play a key part in shaping clinical trial data and reporting standards, collaborating with experienced teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, program, and review SDTM/ADaM datasets, aCRFs, define.xml, and related documentation
• Program and validate TLGs for CSRs, ISS, and ISE
• Perform CDISC-compliant QC/validation checks
• Support development of clinical trial data and reporting standards

What we’re looking for

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 3+ years’ experience in clinical trial statistical programming or data analysis
• Hands-on SDTM/ADaM/TLG and SAS experience
• Familiarity with clinical trial tools (e.g., InForm, Medidata Rave)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
