Statistics - Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Perform data preparation, data cleansing, and data validation.
• Support data extraction and analytics activities.
• Assist in generating monthly statistical reports on portfolio performance.
• Monitor key insurance metrics, including loss ratios, claims frequency, and average claims costs.
• Assist in preparing data for regulatory submissions to Bank Negara Malaysia.
• Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Recent graduates that are eager to launch a career in data-driven risk analysis within the insurance sector are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of numerical data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Good programming skills and familiarity with programming languages will be an advantage.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
