Purpose of the Job:** Process CIPC annual returns and beneficial ownership filings while ensuring complete documentation and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:

• Matric certificate required.
• Qualification in Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field advantageous.
• CIPC eServices and statutory filing experience preferred.

POSITION INFO: Technical Competencies & Experience: Process CIPC annual returns and beneficial ownership filings. Collect and verify required client information before filing. Ensure the correct CIPC fees are paid before submission. Confirm filings and save all supporting documents promptly. Follow up with clients and staff for outstanding information. Escalate missing information or delayed filings.
