Overview

We are looking for a client-focused Assistant Manager Audit to lead audit engagements, supervise teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit services. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
A. Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to plan, perform and oversee the complete auditing process; carry out effective risk and control assessments. Presentation of audit findings and identifying ways to increase compliance and efficiency.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, techniques and theories of financial reporting and internal control.
• Knowledge of auditing standards, practices and techniques, computer applications used in auditing and data processing.

B. Managerial Responsibilities

• Team Handling and Client Service
• Responsible for carrying out periodic audits accurately and within due dates as well as timely submission of reports to the reporting manager.
• Responsible for allocating tasks and assessing the performance of team members. Supporting and supervising team members to deliver high-quality, accurate and timely output as well as compliance. Work closely with associates and managers to maintain open communication and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Responsible for multiple clients. Interacting with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience 2-3 years (post CA completion)
• Strong knowledge of Auditing Standards, Ind AS, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Experience handling statutory audits of listed companies, MNCs, and large corporates preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent verbal & written communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Flexible to work across different shift timings as required.
