Statutory Compliance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle PF challan creation, KYC documentation, UAN generation, and related employee records.
• Manage ESI challan creation, ESIC IP generation, and related compliance activities.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance activities and maintain relevant records.
• Maintain accurate employee data, statutory documents, and compliance reports.
• Follow established SOPs to ensure process consistency and seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments for compliance-related activities.

Required Skills

• 23 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance and HR operations.
• Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, challan creation, UAN, and IP generation.
• Good documentation, coordination, and data management skills.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate; an MBA in Human Resources will be an added advantage

IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
