Statutory Reporting & Compliance

Key Requirements

• Strong accounting and controllership background with experience in statutory reporting, regulatory filings, and audit compliance
• Manage statutory reporting and compliance across legal entities and branches
• Drive technical accounting compliance, internal controls, process improvements, and operational excellence
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with local accounting standards and US GAAP
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and stakeholder interactions with auditors, tax teams, and third-party service providers
• Support financial analysis, policy implementation, and controllership activities
• Lead small teams and collaborate effectively across functions

Preferred Qualification

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance
• 3-4+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, statutory reporting, controllership, or audit
• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, US GAAP, financial controls, and audit processes
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience managing audits, regulatory compliance, and third-party service providers is preferred
