Staycation Campaign Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails related to staycation bookings and promotions.
• Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide detailed information on staycation packages, amenities, and local attractions.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Promote special offers and upsell services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign targets and service-level agreements.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of travel, hospitality, or leisure services is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
