岗位职责

• 负责学校STEAM课程的整体规划、建设与实施，完善课程体系及教学方案；
• 负责STEAM教师团队的管理、指导与教研，提升团队教学水平；
• 结合学校办学特色，开发及优化STEAM课程、项目及实践活动；
• 组织开展科技、创新、工程、创客等相关项目及校园活动；
• 关注STEAM教育发展趋势，引入优质课程资源及教学实践；
• 与教学、德育及其他学科部门协作，推动STEAM与学科融合，提升学生创新实践能力。

We are recruiting a STEAM coordinator for a school in Ningbo, with the desired start date as early as 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall planning, development, and implementation of the school's STEAM curriculum, improving the curriculum system and teaching plans;
• Responsible for the management, guidance, and teaching research of the STEAM teacher team, improving the team's teaching level;
• Develop and optimize STEAM courses, projects, and practical activities based on the school's characteristics;
• Organize and carry out science, innovation, engineering, maker-related projects and campus activities;
• Pay attention to the development trends of STEAM education, introducing high-quality curriculum resources and teaching practices;
• Collaborate with teaching, moral education, and other subject departments to promote the integration of STEAM with subject matter and enhance students' innovative and practical abilities

Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，教育、工程、科学、计算机等相关专业优先；
• 具有5年以上STEAM、科技教育或相关课程教学经验，有课程管理或团队管理经验者优先；
• 熟悉STEAM教育理念及课程体系，具备较强的课程设计与开发能力；
• 具备较强的团队管理、教研指导及项目统筹能力；
• 具有创新意识、实践能力及良好的沟通协调能力；
• 有STEAM课程建设、科技竞赛或大型项目经验者优先。
• Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in education, engineering, science, computer science, or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in STEAM, science and technology education, or related courses; experience in curriculum management or team management is preferred;
• Familiar with STEAM education concepts and curriculum systems, possessing strong curriculum design and development capabilities;
• Strong team management, curriculum research guidance, and project coordination abilities;
• Innovative thinking, practical skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities;
• Experience in STEAM curriculum development, science and technology competitions, or large-scale projects is preferred
