The Goddard School of Katy is looking for a creative, energetic, and responsible STEAM Enrichment Leader to bring imagination, discovery, and hands-on learning to life!

This is more than a classroom role — this is an opportunity to create amazing experiences for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old through STEAM, enrichment activities, camps, and adventures beyond our school walls.

☀️ Lead and coordinate our Summer Camp and Spring Break Programs , creating exciting weekly themes, activities, and memorable experiences for school-age children.

🎒 Plan and oversee our STEAM-focused Afterschool Program , keeping children engaged through fun, creative, and educational activities.

🚌 Organize and lead field trips and special adventures — from planning details to ensuring children have safe, fun, and meaningful experiences.

👧 Support children across all age groups, from infants through school-age, jumping in where needed and helping our village run smoothly.

We’re Looking For Someone Who: ✨ Has a fun-loving, positive attitude and loves making children smile

✨ Is creative and full of new ideas

✨ Can confidently lead large groups of children

✨ Is mature, dependable, organized, and responsible

✨ Can plan activities, manage schedules, and bring ideas to life

✨ Has a clean driving record and is willing to drive a school van for field trips and activities

Why You’ll Love Working Here: At The Goddard School, we believe childhood is full of wonder. Our goal is to create a place where children feel inspired, confident, and excited to discover the world around them.

You’ll have the opportunity to build programs, create traditions, lead adventures, and make a lasting impact on children and families in our community.

If you are the person who gets excited about messy science experiments, creative challenges, field trip adventures, and making every day special — we would love to meet you!
