What they need
The main purpose is to take responsibility for the steel project from fabrication through installation and handover, making sure the work is completed properly, on time, and according to drawings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily steel fabrication and installation activities
- Coordinate between workshop, site team, fabricators, welders, and client
- Review drawings and ensure fabrication follows approved drawings
- Prepare and follow the project schedule
- Monitor material availability and steel quantities
- Inspect fabrication, welding, dimensions, and installation
- Coordinate delivery of steel to site
- Supervise erection and installation works
- Coordinate with crane/operators and site teams when lifting is required
- Track project progress and report delays
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Arrange inspections and close consultant/client comments
- Ensure snagging is completed
- Follow up until final completion and handover
- Control manpower and productivity
- Ensure HSE requirements are followed
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
