This individual will oversee steel stud framing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on experience with steel studs, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead crews of varying sizes.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Perform layout for steel stud framing projects
• Supervise, train, and manage crews of all sizes
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Maintain compliance with jobsite safety practices and company policies\
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Drive and maintain the company van as required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift materials such as drywall and heavy gauge studs
