What they need
We are looking for skilled and physically fit Steelmen to support structural and installation works for our Solar Project.
Responsibilities
- Perform steel fabrication, cutting, drilling, and assembly.
- Install and assemble steel structures for solar panel systems.
- Read and follow basic measurements, drawings, and instructions.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Assist with structural installation and site preparation.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure installation of steel components.
- Follow site safety rules and procedures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate.
- With experience as a Steelman, Fabricator, or similar construction role.
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and installation.
- Able to use basic hand and power tools.
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
- Safety-conscious, hardworking, and reliable.
- Willing to work outdoors and on-site.
- Willing to work in different project locations.
- Willing to start ASAP.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
