Gallatin CDJR is looking for an experienced, driven Commercial Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial and fleet sales business throughout Middle Tennessee.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands the Stellantis commercial business, knows how to build relationships, and is ready to develop long-term partnerships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and fleet customers.

Previous Stellantis fleet/commercial sales experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow commercial and fleet sales throughout the Middle Tennessee market
• Prospect and build relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and fleet customers
• Manage the entire commercial sales process from prospecting through delivery
• Utilize Stellantis commercial and fleet programs to meet customer needs
• Develop new business while maintaining and growing existing fleet accounts
• Create repeat business through exceptional customer service and consistent follow-up
• Work closely with dealership leadership to identify opportunities and grow our commercial presence in the market

What We're Looking For

• Previous Stellantis commercial/fleet sales experience required
• Strong knowledge of Stellantis commercial vehicles, fleet programs, and processes
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and grow a commercial customer base
• Established relationships within the commercial or fleet market are a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and grow a book of business
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
