Job Purpose Summary The Laboratory Technician/Sample Taker will be responsible for raw material sampling, analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products, GMP-compliant documentation, support of audits and validations, employee training, and maintenance of laboratory and sampling activities.

The focus will be on biological and chemical analyses.

What You Will Do

• Preparation of qualification documents and SOPs in the scope of the position.

• Planning, execution and documentation of different analysis on raw materials, intermediates and final product:

• Focus on Biological analysis (e.g. UV, coagulometry, collagen analysis, Karl Fischer, wet chemistry)

• GMP compliant documentation

• Execution of special analyses within the scope of complaints, validations, qualification.

• Participation in audits.

• Disposal of chemical waste.

• Substitute for other laboratory technicians in execution sampling in special/exceptional cases.

• Training of new employees during the induction phase.

What you will need

• Completed education as a chemical laboratory technician, Chemie-HTL, Chemical process technician, Laboratory technician or similar.
• Ideally at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Conscientious, structured personality.
• Strong safety and quality awareness.
• English language skills.
