Stem Associate

Genius Development Workshop Company Limited believes that geniuses are nurtured, not born.

With cutting‑edge facilities and thoughtfully designed STEM courses, we help students unlock their full potential through our hands‑on learning approach. Our educators come from top universities worldwide and are united by a shared mission: to make a meaningful and lasting impact on students’ lives.

We operate two main campuses in Kowloon Tong and Cyberport, and we are growing rapidly as a leading STEM education provider in Hong Kong, with planned expansion into Mainland China.

As a technology‑centric organization, we operate more like an EdTech startup than a traditional tutoring center. In addition to our core education business, we are also the parent company of multiple ventures, including Genius Coffee and Studtors Technologies, providing employees with exposure beyond the classroom.

About the STEM Associate Programme

The STEM Associate Programme is a structured 2 year full‑time programme designed for fresh graduates and early‑career STEM professionals who are interested in building a long‑term career in education, curriculum development, or academic leadership.

This is not just a tutoring role. Associates will receive systematic training, hands‑on classroom teaching experience, and close mentorship from senior educators, along with a clear pathway for career progression within Genius Development.

Where skills and interests align, Associates may also have opportunities to contribute to innovative internal projects or collaborate with other divisions of the Group, including EdTech initiatives and affiliated businesses, gaining exposure beyond traditional teaching roles.
